Exploring: Bay of Fundy National Park

My main reason for applying to study abroad last year was to travel. I wanted to see new things, experience a new country, a new culture and meet like minded people from all around the globe. In February this year, I was able to spend 3 days in the Bay of Fundy National Park, New Brunswick. It was one of my friend's 21st and we spent the weekend snow-shoeing, hiking, making smores and even teaching a couple of Canadians some Scottish ceilidh dancing. We stayed in O-tentnics- which are sorta like yurts/ tents but with a stove in them for warmth and a proper structure to them- and had the full Canadian camping experience. These pictures don't do the park enough justice and is part of the truly breathtaking range of National Parks Canada has to offer.

Small Fish in a Big Pond

So pretty big news since I last posted, em I sorta did a thing. I'm now living in Canada, and have been for about half a year now. I'm studying my third year of uni abroad, which is an amazing opportunity that I would recommend to anyone. I have been so caught up making new friends, an intense amount of course work and studying and physically moving over here that I haven't been able to post on here, and this blog kinda took a back seat whilst I was figuring some new shit out. But I'm back.
Warning: there will be an influx of Canada posts coming as I want to share the beauty of this country with you, and for myself as a sorta personal scrap book thing.
